I'm a born and bred Londoner, living in Hackney with my husband and two girls. Before training as a coach, I worked in the charity sector for over 15 years, in particular designing programmes for disadvantaged young Londoners, helping them to be the best that they could be. From 16-year-old ex-offenders to CEOs, my successful career was built on my ability to develop honest, trusting relationships while energetically championing change.

Now with two amazing young people of my own at home, I work both as a 1:1 personal coach and also back in the charity sector supporting teams and individuals. I'm an honest coach who will tell it like it is but I also have a big heart and an unshakeable belief that we are all capable of accomplishing amazing things and living the lives we want.

 

I will also, hopefully, bring some humour to the proceedings. I think this ability to bring lightness even in our darkest times is a great source of connection and rapport.
