The Shift is my 1:1 coaching programme, designed to help you feel more fulfilled, confident, and in control of your working life.

You don’t need to quit your job to feel better about your work. But you might be wondering if it’s time for something to change.

Over 90 days or 6 months, we create space to step back, think clearly, and understand what’s really going on, alongside practical support to help you take meaningful, sustainable action.

WORKING PRACTICES & FUNDAMENTALS

Here might look at how you’re working day to day, and how that’s affecting how you feel. This can include time management, focus, boundaries, and habits, as well as the basics that are often overlooked, like rest, energy, and time outside.

The aim isn’t to create a perfect routine, but to build ways of working that feel sustainable and supportive in the context of your life.

RELATIONSHIPS

Work is full of relationships, and they’re often where things feel most challenging.

We might explore how you communicate, how you handle conflict, and how you show up with colleagues, managers, and those you manage.

This could include navigating difficult relationships, building stronger networks, or feeling more confident in important conversations.

INNER WORLD

We often spend time looking at what’s going on beneath the surface. The thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that shape how you see yourself and your work.

This might include confidence, self-doubt, or how you respond to pressure and change.

By understanding these patterns, you can begin to approach situations with more awareness, perspective, and choice.

IDENTITY

At times, we’ll step back and look at the bigger picture. What matters to you, what you’re good at, and where you want to go next.

This includes exploring your strengths, values, and sense of direction, so your decisions feel more intentional and aligned.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 4 x 90-minute deep dive sessions

  • 4 x 60-minute focused coaching sessions

  • A range of weekly, by-weekly and calls every three weeks

  • WhatsApp support throughout

  • Meaningful tasks to help you achieve your goals

6-MONTH PACKAGE

  • You have time to commit to two

    1-hour coaching calls per month
