I work with London-based charities and purpose-driven organisations, offering coaching and facilitation to support staff through change, pressure, and growth.
I am also a Clore Leadership approved coach, supporting individuals across the social sector to develop themselves and to lead more effectively.
Drawing on over 15 years in the sector, I create spaces for reflection, honest conversation, and practical action. Spaces where individuals and teams can build confidence, resilience, and more sustainable ways of working.
I believe better leadership starts with understanding ourselves, not just improving performance. My work focuses on the whole person, building emotional intelligence and creating environments where people can think openly, support each other, and lead in a more human, connected way.
"I believe that when we improve ourselves, we in turn improve the people around us. The impact of these positive changes make the world a better place for everyone."
1. 90-minute ‘Reset’ session
A one-off session to step back, reflect on a current challenge, and gain clarity on next steps. Often used during periods of change, including role transitions or redundancy.
2. Coaching package (8 sessions)
A structured series of sessions to explore challenges in more depth, build confidence, and support meaningful, sustained change over time.
3. 90-day intensive
A more focused programme for individuals who are ready to make a clear shift in how they think, work, and lead, with regular sessions and support over a three-month period.
4. Ongoing Coaching (for existing clients and senior leaders)
For those who want continued space to think, reflect, and navigate ongoing challenges. This is typically for individuals who have already completed a coaching programme, or for senior leaders who would benefit from regular, ongoing support.
Greater clarity in their thinking and decision-making
A deeper understanding of themselves and how they show up at work
More confidence navigating challenges, conversations, and change
The ability to respond more thoughtfully, rather than react under pressure
A stronger sense of direction and ownership over their working life
More sustainable and effective ways of working

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years in the charity sector, mainly developing youth and community programmes. Passionate about making London a fairer and more connected place, I worked with organisations including London Youth, Leap Confronting Conflict, Toynbee Hall, 4Children, and Bounce Back.
Alongside managing large teams, I regularly delivered workshops, accredited training, and facilitated large-scale events.
I loved the work and the people. Now, as a coach, I work with London-based charities offering 1:1 coaching and group facilitation.
A recent participant described my sessions as “a bit like therapy, but in a good way”. What they were pointing to is the space to step back, reflect honestly, and have conversations that don’t usually happen in day-to-day work.
I believe that investing in self-reflection, peer learning, and mindset work can have a significant impact on staff wellbeing, resilience, and how people show up at work, especially in times of pressure and change.
I’m comfortable working at all levels of an organisation, from CEOs and senior leadership teams through to delivery staff and those just starting out.
Because when we understand ourselves better, we communicate more clearly, lead more effectively, and work together in a more harmonious way.
If you’re looking to support your team in a more thoughtful, sustainable way,
I’d love to hear from you.
